Return Policy

Returns:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, no stains (makeup, deodorant), and no smell on the clothes (cigarette, perfume, odor) or it will not be accepted. Items with tags can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. 

The items for return must be in the same condition as bought with no signs of wear and the original tag must be attached. 

We do not offer exchanges.

Return instructions:

You are responsible for shipping fees. Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.

Once received and made sure of condition, you will receive store credit for the items returned in 5-10 business days. Any items that are returned and fail to follow return guidelines, will not be accepted for a return. Items that can not be resold will be sent back to you. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Damaged Items

If your item is defective or broken, please email peachesbyem@gmail.com and send pictures of your item damaged, immediately. You have 2 days to email, once your item has been delivered.
